Q. How much will delivery cost ?

Depending on what's purchased, generally 10 telephones will cost approximately £10. A single unit delivered next day will be around £8.50.

Q. What is the lead time to process an order ?

We endeavour to process orders same day wherever possible. Items that are out of stock will be subject to a longer lead time and your account manager will discuss specific delivery times with you.

Q. What is the warranty period on items purchased ?

On new items we offer the manufacturer's warranty period; for refurbished units we offer a 12 month warranty. Legacy's Unity and IPSUM headset ranges come with 2 year warranties. Products repaired by Legacy carry a 6 month warranty.

Q. What are your opening times?

We trade between 9AM and 5PM on weekdays. If you need to contact us outside of these hours, please click here.
